I think we can all agree that the general population of property owners are skeptical of contractors and roofers. Homeowners have been let down time and time again and now, are skeptical.

Our goal with digital content was to reassure the audience that the team at Capital were great communicators, provided the best products at competitive prices, and were highly-skilled professionals that you can trust!
Roofers get a bad rap.
I would be skeptical too, but we knew we needed to humanize our representatives through social-first marketing. Through silly videos like this one, our audience witnessed the company culture and built a relationship through the screen.
Posting episodic, educational content was the easiest way to establish the company's expert knowledge and create an audience to follow along. FAQ Fridays were a way to share common knowledge in the construction community but new information to us regular-folk.
We focused on interacting with the community they already had on Facebook to increase engagement and impressions.
And, interacting with a new audience on Instagram to grow their follower base, interactions, and build the community they deserve!
Numbers
Over the span of a year and a half, we saw tremendous growth in reach and interactions.
I signed an NDA, so I won’t talk sales #s on here. But, I will say I was happy to be a part of their best year to date.
